By far the most down to earth and approachable staff I have seen in a dispensary. I like the ability to know the history of the strains I am buying and the peace of mind knowing that all of their medication is produced locally and of the utmost quality. The staff are a great resource for beginning and experienced patients!

We don't want to go multiple places and have to deal with sketchy people both in and out of our dispensary, so finding Mother Earth made us very glad we found it. We are a little older and want to deal with a business that is truly into the medicinal aspects. We will be coming back again considering the location to Riverside County. It felt very safe and secure. Thanks to the staff.

After talking to them for a bit we hope they can increase the strains and other items so this can be an all-in-one stop. Looking forward to the classes.

All of the people I have talked to at Mother Earth in Fallbrook have been knowledgeable and pleasant. I have also had home deliveries. They make you feel like part of their family.

Mother Earth in Fallbrook is the first and only dispensary I've ever been to. Necessarily I will not offer a comparison to any other collective but I will vouch for the very friendly staff. It's obvious by the physical appearance of the place that they are working hard to grow. As for selection, I will say that there were fewer options than I was expecting. They've also rotated their stock in such a way that, from my first visit in early December, almost none of the strains I saw then were there when I returned in January. That's somewhat disconcerting. But they are close and that's a big deal.

Unbelievable demonstration of compassion. I have been to nothing but doctors and hospitals for the last 2 years since my terminal cancer diagnosis. I sat with a consultant named Kim, who gave me a wealth of information on medical marijuana. My 43 year old son was with me, said it was the most interesting and educational afternoon he had in a long time. She explained all the different types of medical marijuana and the effects and what to expect. Last night was the first time in ages I felt comfortable. God bless you and your compassion.

Everyone at the Mother Earth Collective was polite, friendly and helpful. They had a good selection of products including edibles, powder (for cooling) and concentrate. They answered all of my questions and made suggestions to assist me in choosing the product I need. The prices were from low to average and the quality of the products I purchased was excellent. This is the best club in town! Compassionate prices and friendly staff, you just can't beat Mother Earth! Edibles are always good and the best medicine I have found for the price.

This place has to be the most friendly and compassionate place I have ever been to. The focus is on the patient. The meds are superior and done by members for the right reasons. Try them out, you will not be disappointed!
